The ADA has arranged reduced rates with multiple hotels in San Francisco exclusively for attendees of ADA FDI 2019. You must be registered for the congress to book housing within the ADA FDI block at the negotiated rates. All reservations are made through the ADA FDI World Dental Congress registration site.
Several ADA FDI 2019 hotels have reduced their original rates. Updated rates appear on the hotel list and map linked below.
Housing Deadline: August 16 at 5 p.m. CT
To guarantee each reservation, a valid credit card with an expiration date after the meeting is required. Each hotel has the right to charge a deposit of one night's room and tax to the credit card starting August 12, 2019. Cancellations after August 16, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. CT or failure to check-in on scheduled day of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or one night's room and tax, whichever is greater, directly from the hotel.
